The Milk Man Returns

Now lets see, when was the last time you made an appearance?
I Don't Know.

Apparantley my definition of house isn't correct. Guess i don't like house.

Ah, how i love their music. I have a good bit of it.

Anywho, this song is great. It has a nice intro, which gives the building-up mystical feeling before some sudden pwnage slaps you with a trout. Yea. I want to say the intro is too long, but it isn't.

I just decided that when i start making music, my songs will be long. I'm talking 5, amybe even as far as 10 Minutes. I like things to be made good, and i like them to last.

The slapping base is nice. The synth is nice and melodic. But i keep losing the sog, because it slips away. Its too repetative. I mean, its two, maybe three with the clap, and it just plays. There isn't much mixup. Its disapointing

I liked the Bridge, though. It was pretty cool. Gave a mixup. But it threw in a beat that didn't fix. And then the rolling drums and...

Back to the same old thing. Really, it kinda sucks that there is so little variation.

OH. MY. GAWD.

I CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW ADDICTING THIS SONG IS.
ITS BETTER THAN CRACK! Wait, no, I take that one back.

The Intro has an awesome melody, but its not cool haw it backs out and extends the intro.

Frankly, its great, but i find the opening to be misleading. Its missing something. Your first impression ruins the song for me.

Its good. I'll have to check out some of your other works.

Wow thanks, check out my new song "Pumped" If you like (:

Awesome

I don't like the Intro in this one, and itst too soft. WAY too soft.

I'm sorry, but i feel like this one was screwed up.

I Came Looking

And I Found. As a part of my massive ID3 Project, i came looking for your song Deep Inside. Which is no longer available.

I did find this. Epic Pwnage XD

I Feel A Resemblance

To something else .Couldn't possibly place it.

Really nice, and the intro captures the feeling, but i think the progression is a bit too slow...

Then it picks up into more trance. Real nice, AMAZING beat. I would place this part as more house than trance, though.

Some reason i like it more than normal.
Great work, but the back beat is simple. You need some more things in the background. I know you are trying to keep it simple here, but its missing something. Just, something. Like the cherry on top.

Anyway, other than the intro and missing some little piece (its tranqual, almost perfect) its amazing. And as i continue to type and listen, i think that little cherry is no longer important. Something could be added, but nay, is not missing - just isn't there.

And once again, i think i would most definately call this House.

Okay, let's sit here and pause. "I would place this part as more house than trance."
This song by definition is "trance." Not ifs, not buts, not exceptions. I put it under ambient because it's a more ambient kind of trance. If you want to get specific, this is dream/epic trance. House is waaaay different than this. I'm here to correct you, not necessarily make fun of you becuase I fear that you just dont' ahve the grasp of the electronica genres, which is okay. You aren't sitting here calling this techno, so all is good.

Okay, now here is how you can tell it's trance and not house.

1. It's more emotional.
2. the instruments used here are more "air-y".
3. It's a bit slower than most trance tracks, but is right below the normal tempo.
4. The instruments themselves are classic trance synths.
5. House has a high clap/snare on 2 and 4. I purposefully turned down this clap. If I wanted it to be house, I'd make the bass fatter and I'd crank that clap up, along with a different clap cause that's not a house clap.

Now what I would recommend for you is that you should Google Ishkur's Guide to Electronic Music. There you will find all of the electronic genres, hear samples of the genres and you can then tell what you are talking about. I"m sorry I coudn't help but laughing, you aren't the first (seriously) to tell me what I produce is House and not trance.

Now sitting this aside, thank you for your review!

Light and Deep

I love the tone from the begenning. I can feel the light, and it is rather immersive.

Light and Deep are not Opposites, as the opposite of Light is Dark, and the opposite of Deep is High (or Shallow, more accurately).

I absolutely love this song. Its great, and greatly made. The problem is that i feel like its a long intro until i come to the realization that its not really going to "pick up". As such, i feel like its kind of flat.

The synth coming in and out in the middle, and sort of coming in? That should be more up front and intense, nearly from the begenning, with maybe a twist on it for a bridge (where instead of rapid its long drawn out notes of the synth).

I hope you see where i am going with this. I really love the light feeling, and its immersive. I know its low quality, but its not that - i just feel like the song Would be immersive, but some how that element just sort of retracts - like being at the 4 foot mark in a pool with the water only up to your waist.

The mix put on the end was good too, and i'd like to see that massively expanded on as well.

I'd like to see something new come out of this - like a phoenix. Until then, keep up the work.
